About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Integration Intermediate Analyst to join our team at Citigroup Inc. This is a critical role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including day-to-day execution activities and meetings.
  • Examine and evaluate project status, including detecting potential risks and issues that need escalation or change to project leads.
  • Synthesize, interpret, and refine presentation content and materials for Governance forums.
  • Manage day-to-day activities related to the overall program/project, and associated dependencies. Allocate/coordinate work within team or project group.
  • Support resolution of project issues by offering solutions to resolve complex problems, and by interpreting and advising on policies, guidelines, or processes.
  • Liaise with multiple Data teams/departments, and serve as subject matter expert for planning and analysis of project deliverables and processes.
  • Independently conduct analysis and execute tasks that contribute to work streams focusing on broad range of data initiatives including data requirements, issues management, Data Quality rules, lineage, Data Governance, and taxonomy.
  • Gather and interpret business requirements and map current and future state processes.
  • Contribute tactically to strategic design and process improvement project implementation across lines of business and functions working with Technology and Operations and other support organizations.
  • Assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years' experience with defining and implementing Data Quality programs; Banking or Finance industry preferred.
  • Proficient in the use of basic Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexible, team-oriented, and have good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Consumer and/or Commercial Deposits preferred.
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, Master's degree preferred.
