Job Summary

The Data Integration Lead Analyst is a critical role within Citigroup Inc, responsible for facilitating the execution and adoption of the Data Transformation Plan. This position requires strong analytical skills, project management expertise, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including day-to-day execution activities and meetings.
  • Examine and evaluate project status, identifying potential risks and issues that need escalation or change, and proposing solutions to project leads.
  • Determine the appropriateness of presentation content and materials for Governance forums, guiding revisions and refinements as needed.
  • Manage day-to-day activities related to the overall program/project, allocating and coordinating work within the team or project group.
  • Support the resolution of project issues by offering solutions to resolve complex problems and interpreting and advising on policies, guidelines, or processes.
  • Liaise with multiple Data teams/departments, serving as a subject matter expert for planning and analysis of project deliverables and processes.
  • Conduct analysis and execute tasks that contribute to work streams focusing on broad range of data initiatives, including data requirements, issues management, Data Quality rules, lineage, Data Governance, and taxonomy.
  • Develop and articulate business requirements and map current and future state processes.
Requirements
  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in Banking or Finance, preferably with experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
  • Ability to be nimble and adjust priorities as needed.
  • Possesses a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives.
  • Familiarity with data concepts and experience with data analytic tools such as SQL, Python, and Tableau.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
Education

Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, with a Master's degree preferred.
