Job Overview

Komatsu America is seeking a skilled Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and participating in capital planning at the site and regional level, as well as developing and implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) systems in manufacturing settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute the observation, documentation, or simulation of manufacturing processes
  • Understand data interactions with other departments and systems; update capacity and scheduling areas of SAP
  • Determine and implement SAP capacity schemes for manufacturing locations
  • Process engineering changes for manufacturing drawings, routers, programs, and work instructions

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 4-year degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial or Manufacturing
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience required
  • Strong background in Lean Six Sigma
  • Black Belt level training preferred
