About the Role

CyberTec is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Technical Support Specialist to join our Digital Transformation Platform (DTP) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering world-class support to our global customers on their digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and solutions to customers on a wide range of technologies, including Data analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and IoT.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in continuous learning and professional development to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent C, C++ coding skills, along with Python, C#, and Java.
  • Azure, AWS cloud development experience.
  • Ability to work well in a highly collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and IoT.
  • Excellent communication skills with both written and spoken English.
  • Effective learning skills.
  • Customer service skills.
