Role Summary:
The Peripheral Interventions (PI) division is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to fill a new part-time Clinical Representative role within our Interventional Oncology and Embolization sector. Our innovative products are instrumental in diagnosing and treating various medical conditions affecting the vascular, gastrointestinal, pulmonary, and urinary systems.

As a Clinical Representative, you will be responsible for offering essential case support for our Cryoablation product line within a designated geographic area, collaborating closely with the local sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary clinical resource, providing support in case coverage, troubleshooting, product application, and customer education.
  • Participate in clinical cases at customer facilities, advising healthcare professionals on the safe and effective use of Cryoablation products.
  • Deliver additional training and in-service sessions to facilitate product launches and support high-touch specialty items.
  • Contribute to a proactive regional strategy that encompasses clinical, sales, and service support to enhance market presence and service quality.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding products and services by devising innovative and practical solutions.
  • Oversee consignment inventory management, conduct semiannual audits, and manage expired product returns.
  • Ensure timely collection and reporting of all necessary medical documentation related to procedural device operations.
  • Adhere to the Quality Policy by integrating quality into all aspects of work and maintaining compliance with quality standards.
  • This is a salaried, part-time position with an expectation of less than 20 hours per week.

Qualifications:
Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Thorough understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
  • Able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs., travel to multiple accounts, and transport medical equipment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Two or more years of clinical experience.
  • Experience in Computed Tomography (CT), Radiology, or Interventional Radiology.
  • Foundational knowledge of medical imaging, particularly in CT.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
