The Regional Director of Operations is a key leadership position at SERVPRO, responsible for leading a team of Franchise Business Consultants (FBCs) to drive business growth and success in the region. This role requires a strong leader who can coach, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of FBCs to achieve business objectives and drive growth in the region.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve business performance and increase revenue.
  • Coach and develop FBCs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze business performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with franchisees and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure SERVPRO remains competitive.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of multi-unit management experience.
  • Franchise consulting experience required.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
