Customer Experience Strategist

The Vice President, Customer Operations is a critical role at American Water Resources LLC, responsible for driving operational efficiencies and revenue growth from our largest operating function in the company.
Located at our headquarters in Naperville, IL., our office environment is a key driver of our company culture and employee experience. With a regular in-office hybrid model, you will be part of a dynamic team that fosters an environment embracing diversity and inclusivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth, customer retention, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT, Product, and Marketing to create instrumentation necessary to manage operational efficiency.
- Own and enhance the overall customer experience across all touchpoints within the company.
- Develop comprehensive training and development programs for all levels of staff.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business operations, or related fields.
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role with a successful track record of direct people management experience.
- 3+ years of P/L management experience.
- Demonstrated excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale contact center operations and driving process and performance improvements.
