Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Driller Helper: CDL Driver to join our team at Specialty Drilling Holding Co.

This is a full-time position that requires a strong work ethic, mature safety mentality, and excellent mechanical ability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive company truck/rig to and from the site each day, ensuring timely arrival and departure.
  • Assist drillers in operating heavy equipment, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining equipment.
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle and equipment are in good working condition.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve daily production goals and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Active CDL A license with a clean driving record.
  • 1+ year of experience in drilling or a related field (prior experience is a bonus).
  • Strong mechanical ability and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Pass pre-employment and random DOT drug and alcohol testing.
