Surgical Support Specialist

As a Surgical Support Specialist with Stryker Corporation, you will play a critical role in facilitating surgical procedures and equipment management. This position requires a strong understanding of surgical techniques, anatomy, and equipment operation. You will work closely with surgeons, OR personnel, and other medical staff to ensure seamless execution of procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain all relevant equipment in the operating room
Anticipate and meet the needs of OR staff and surgeons during procedures
Troubleshoot and maintain Stryker equipment and other related devices
Collaborate with biomedical and central processing teams to ensure efficient equipment management
Provide training and support to OR personnel on new and current products
Maintain accurate records of surgical procedures and equipment usage
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent certifications
Operating Room experience and knowledge of anatomy, surgical procedures, and techniques
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Work Environment:
This role requires frequent standing, walking, and lifting of equipment. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
