Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fund Services Business Development Representative to join our team at UMB Bank. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our outsourced back office solutions and turnkey programs to financial intermediaries in a national territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and prospect financial institutions in the mutual fund and alternative investment industries
  • Cross-sell company products and services to existing clients
  • Manage territory to maximize sales resources and revenue opportunities
  • Analyze financial position and operational challenges of prospects to determine sales approach
  • Coordinate with internal resources to ensure professional delivery of sales, marketing, and proposal materials to prospects
  • Maintain data in Sales Force and provide regular updates to sales director
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry/professional organizations and individuals
  • Participate in user group meetings and trade shows
  • Stay abreast of current industry trends, competitors, and all company products and services
  • Participate in onboarding processes along with other internal resources to assure seamless transition for new clients
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 7 years of experience in sales for financial services
What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a minimum salary of $83,000 and a maximum salary of $214,560.00. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and other insurance coverage, as well as paid time off, a 401(k) matching program, and annual incentive pay.
