Key Responsibilities- Accurate Data Entry: Enter patient information, medical claims, and insurance details into our systems with precision and speed.
- Claims Investigation: Conduct thorough investigations into medical claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to resolve claims and address any concerns.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information, claims, and correspondence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and efficient claim processing.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Platform, and experience with medical terminology and third-party liability.
- Experience: Previous experience in medical billing, claim processing, or a related field preferred.
- Competitive Salary: $18.00 per hour.
