Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team at Panasonic Avionics Corporation. As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative in-flight entertainment systems for the aerospace industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop mechanical systems and components for in-flight entertainment systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design meets customer requirements and industry standards
  • Conduct thermal, structural, and acoustic analysis to ensure system performance and safety
  • Develop and maintain engineering processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Participate in the development of new technologies and innovations to stay ahead of the competition
Requirements
  • BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of experience in mechanical design and development
  • Expertise in CAD design tools such as Pro/E and MCAD
  • Strong understanding of thermal, structural, and acoustic analysis
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
