Key Accounts Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Key Accounts Specialist to join our team at Servpro.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by handling calls in a professional manner, capturing essential information to coordinate the timely delivery of restoration services, and utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Answer multi-line phones and handle incoming calls, with Spanish speaking/writing skills a plus.
- Customer Retention: Retrain and grow customers/clients through timely responses, follow-ups, empathy, and attention to detail.
- Extended Customer Service: Extend customer service to customers, clients, trade partners, and internal team members.
- Communication: Communicate with customers to set realistic expectations.
- Qualification: Accurately qualify customer losses for timely and efficient delivery of restoration services.
- Data Collection: Work with customers and internal teams to capture accurate referral sources in a timely manner.
- Scheduling: Coordinate scheduling of all incoming jobs with Mitigation Project Manager or Project Director.
- Data Review: Review and ensure accuracy of data in all software programs.
- Stakeholder Identification: Identify stakeholders not captured in our CRM system and communicate opportunities to business development team members.
- CRM Data Entry: Capture accurate and timely CRM data.
- SEO Lead Capture: Capture Search Engine Optimization (SEO) leads and update DASH.
- Contact Database Maintenance: Maintain customer contact database.
- Expense Tracking: Enter expenses into CRM to track return on investment (ROI).
- KAM Collaboration: Work with assigned Key Accounts Managers (KAMs) to communicate with customers and Centers of Influence (COIs).
- Proposal Assistance: Help KAMs complete commercial account proposals.
- Compliance: Ensure marketing materials are compliant and posted to website.
- Brag Book Compilation: Compile photos for brag book marketing materials.
- Online Reviews: Support divisions to solicit exemplary online reviews.
- Event Attendance: Assist with scheduling and attending marketing events.
