We are seeking an experienced and passionate Professional Magnet Program Manager to join our team at Northwestern Memorial Healthcare. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive excellence in patient care and contribute to the success of our Magnet program.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the collection and distribution of key patient care services quality metrics, as well as maintaining expert knowledge of current Magnet requirements. You will work closely with administration, nursing leadership, and all staff to ensure achievement of goals related to Magnet readiness.

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $115,000, based on industry standards and location.

About the Role:

  • Coordinates the collection and distribution of key patient care services quality metrics.
  • Maintains expert knowledge of current Magnet requirements.
  • Works closely with administration, nursing leadership, and all staff to ensure achievement of goals related to Magnet readiness.
  • Develops and coordinates activities required to maintain and sustain ANCC Magnet Recognition Status.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in nursing or relevant field.
  • Current RN license.
  • 5 years nursing experience.
  • Knowledge of performance improvement framework and nurse-sensitive indicators.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, use databases, and technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate projects and teams.
