Job Overview:

The Senior Financial Analyst - Corporate Treasury plays a vital role within the Treasury division, collaborating closely with the Vice President of Finance on various Treasury and Risk initiatives. This position involves active participation in all corporate funding operations, encompassing asset-backed securitization deals, treasury reporting, data evaluation, credit assessments, and other risk management activities.

Funding Operations:

Engage in all transaction-related activities, which include:
  • Conducting data evaluations
  • Performing fee assessments
  • Preparing due diligence documentation
  • Creating presentations for lenders and investors
  • Reviewing documentation
  • Assisting investor relations through direct engagement with lenders and ongoing analytics
  • Participating in interest rate hedging initiatives, including implementation and analysis
  • Researching alternative funding avenues and providing recommendations
  • Understanding the intricacies of asset-backed securitization financing structures
  • Grasping financial indices, rates, and debt instruments that influence funding activities
Treasury Reporting:
  • Generate and analyze periodic financial reports related to treasury functions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to compile necessary data for reporting, including cash flow statements and debt covenants
  • Present financial insights and reports to senior management, offering strategic recommendations
  • Identify and evaluate financial risks associated with treasury activities, such as interest rate and foreign exchange risks
  • Create dynamic analytical reports to monitor asset performance
  • Assess the impact of treasury activities on debt compliance
  • Provide monthly and quarterly treasury reports for the accounting team and auditors
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Support credit rating activities for both corporate and ABS structures through financial analysis
  • Assist in the client credit review and approval process, including lease evaluations
  • Engage in other assigned projects as necessary

  • Experience in financial services, particularly leasing or lending, is beneficial
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
