Financial Planning and Analysis Role Overview

The Bolton Group is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis professional to join our team. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in developing forecasts, budgets, and multi-year plans, analyzing and reporting financial and operational results, and identifying trends that impact financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

* Participate in the development of annual plans, budgets, forecasts, and multi-year plans, taking into account changes in tactical and strategic plans, operations, and trends.
* Conduct profit/loss analysis, revenue analysis, and ad-hoc reporting, as well as cash flow analysis.
* Identify and analyze trends that impact financial performance.

Requirements

* 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, preferably in the manufacturing or distribution industry.
* Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, with an MBA or higher preferred.
* Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
