Job Title: Corporate Finance Manager

Regal Rexnord is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for supporting and driving financial activities pertaining to budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis of the Income Statement and Working Capital.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and gaps in results
  • Consolidate and roll up monthly forecasts for the 3 operating segments and Corporate
  • Publish Monthly Financial Reporting Scorecard
  • Support preparation for quarterly Earnings Releases and Board of Director meetings
  • Participate in annual 3-year strategic planning and annual operating planning (AOP) processes
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis to assist in management decisions
  • Drive process improvements in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and managerial reporting
  • Coach and develop a Senior Financial Analyst
  • Build successful partnerships with Corporate Finance and Segment FP&A leaders
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance
  • 7-10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience; manufacturing experience and previous FP&A experience is a plus
  • CPA and/or MBA preferred
  • Advance experience with Hyperion and/or OneStream
  • Self-starter, strong desire of getting results and willingness to learn
  • Able to multi-task while being detail-oriented
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication/presentation skills
  • Must be a team player and willing to step in and help out on projects when necessary
  • Intermediate to advance proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)
