Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily operations of the store, including early morning or late evening shifts.
  • Conduct inventory counts, restock merchandise, manage returns, and process incoming deliveries.
  • Apply merchandising standards to create an engaging and visually appealing shopping environment.
  • Foster a warm and inviting atmosphere for our customers.
  • Enhance customer experiences by adding joy to their visits.
  • Utilize our products to share compelling stories.
  • Engage with customers actively on the sales floor.
  • Curate personalized product selections for each customer interaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in specialty retail or a similar environment is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to adapt, learn, and engage with all aspects of the store.
  • Dedication to delivering exceptional employee and customer experiences.
  • Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, using appropriate safety measures.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is essential for positions in Quebec; proficiency in other languages is an asset.
