Job Description

As a Physical Therapist at Atrius Health, you will be responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing treatment plans for patients under the direction of our experienced team. Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy required, with a Master's degree preferred.

You will also need to be currently licensed in Massachusetts as a Physical Therapist and possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with well-developed interpersonal skills to work successfully with all levels of management, staff, and patients.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement and monitor treatment plans, making adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to educate them on treatment plans and progress.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy required, Master's degree preferred.
  • Current licensure in Massachusetts as a Physical Therapist.
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required based on specialty.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to use computerized systems, including keyboard documentation.
