Riverside Community Care is seeking a skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team in providing home and community-based therapeutic services to children (0-3 years old) and their families in the Needham/Newton/Wellesley/Weston communities.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or an OTD, independent licensure, and experience in early intervention, special needs populations, and early childhood. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required, as well as good computer skills and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities:

  • Home and community-based visits
  • Parent support and coaching
  • Multidisciplinary eligibility evaluations and developmental assessments
