Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement wireless network solutions using RF engineering tools and techniques
  • Optimize network performance and coverage using data analysis and drive test results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of wireless networks
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains competitive
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in RF engineering or a related field
  • Strong understanding of RF propagation principles, cellular theory, and RF engineering tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with drive test units and data analysis software
  • Knowledge of 5G and LTE technologies
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL and Excel macros
