We are looking for a proficient Cybersecurity Operations Engineer to become a vital part of our dedicated team. This role is essential to cover for a Security Analyst currently on extended leave. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing routine security functions while also participating in various special projects aimed at enhancing our operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute regular security operations.
  • Participate in special projects that focus on:
  • Improving the efficiency of the ticketing system
  • Minimizing SLA durations
  • Enhancing vulnerability management processes
  • Streamlining the transition from SharePoint in Identity and Access Management (IAM) procedures

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Experience with any ticketing system.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the cybersecurity domain.
  • Over 5 years of experience in the field of cybersecurity.
  • Familiarity with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
  • Experience with DHS, IP Address management, and IAM platforms.
  • Basic networking capabilities, including understanding of IP addressing and DNS restrictions.
