Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in setting up the center each week, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment for clients.
  • Facilitate groups that cater to clients' needs and interests, promoting a sense of community and connection.
  • Provide information and referral services to clients, helping them access essential resources and benefits.
  • Offer case management assistance, including the preparation and maintenance of weekly self-help reports.
  • Assist clients in identifying and accessing social and community services, empowering them to take control of their lives.
  • Participate in monthly planning and contribute to the development of programs and services that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of related experience (work or volunteer) preferred.
