The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in the food service industry, familiarity with industrial dishwashing equipment, and a strong commitment to following operational guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather used dishware from dining and kitchen spaces.
- Efficiently operate dishwashing machines, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
- Manually wash specific items as required, including delicate china and large cookware.
- Organize and store clean dishes, utensils, and glassware appropriately.
- Maintain an adequate supply of clean dishware, particularly during busy service periods.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as necessary.
- Conduct routine checks on dishwashing equipment and report any issues promptly.
- Regularly dispose of waste materials.
- Sanitize kitchen areas, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
- Assist waitstaff in clearing tables following guest departures.
Available Shifts:
- Weekdays: 1 PM - 8 PM
- Weekends: 2 PM - 10 PM
