Physician Relations Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Physician Relations Representative to join our team at PracticeLink/MountainPlex. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with physicians and healthcare providers, driving candidate engagement, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to build and maintain relationships with physicians and healthcare providers
- Conduct high-volume phone interviews with candidates to drive engagement and conversion
- Create profiles for residents, physicians, and other healthcare professionals, including contact information and communication
- Represent PracticeLink/MountainPlex at regional and national conferences
- Collaborate with sales and support team members to achieve business objectives
- Two or four-year degree in a related field
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, and ability to use various functions and tools
- Recruitment, medical, and/or call center experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred but not required
- Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor, poise, and appearance
- Ability to travel
