Geriatric Nurse Practitioner

Nurse Practitioner Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Hinton, West Virginia. As a Nurse Practitioner with our company, you will be responsible for providing high-quality primary care to our residents in a high-touch, person-centered care model.

Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and manage chronic and acute conditions
Provide health education and develop treatment plans
Order and interpret lab and diagnostic testing, and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation within our electronic medical record software
Collaborate with local and regional operations and clinical leadership to achieve goals

Requirements:

Master of Science in Nursing, Doctor of Nursing Practice, or NP Certificate Program graduate
National certification of AANP or ANCC
Active, unrestricted state license
Active DEA license
US work authorization
2+ years clinical experience as a Nurse or Nurse Practitioner in geriatric, adult, or family practice setting
