Office Operations Manager

Job Summary: As an Office Operations Manager at Cook Children's, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our offices. This position requires strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with staff and management. You will be responsible for supervising staff, coordinating office functions, and providing support to the Practice Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate office functions
- Provide support and guidance to staff
- Consult with the Practice Manager on operational costs
- Assume responsibility for the Practice Manager's role in their absence
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Three years supervisory experience preferred
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
