Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Operations Assistant to join our team at HEI Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for assisting the Front Office Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the Front Office to ensure exceptional customer service and compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Front Office Manager in managing the Front Office operations, including guest check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
- Ensure that all Front Office operations are conducted in accordance with HEI Hotels & Resorts' policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments, including Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and Engineering, to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of Front Office operations, including guest information, room assignments, and revenue reports.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Front Office or customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
