As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Operations: Ensure efficient guest registration, checkout, and telephone service, while maintaining brand standards.
- Team Management: Supervise and train front desk staff, including interviewing, hiring, and developing team members.
- Financial Management: Assist in the development of the Rooms Division budget and monitor labor costs.
- Quality Control: Ensure compliance with front office, guest service, and PBX standard operating procedures and policies.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve guest complaints, and anticipate potential problems.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of front desk experience, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills: Proficient with PMS system, computer literacy, and advanced knowledge of brands' reward programs.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
