Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and coordinate events of varying sizes and purposes
  • Generate and cultivate sales leads
  • Promote the restaurant and build client relationships
  • Conduct site visits and maintain client files
  • Book groups into our reservations system and ensure smooth event execution

Requirements:

  • Proven customer service experience as an Event Coordinator, secretarial, restaurant, or related field
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software, such as OpenTable and Toast
  • Strong motivational and people skills
  • Ability to work on weekends, holidays, and late nights
  • Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English; proficiency in Mandarin preferred
