About the Role
As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all event details, shipping event materials, and arranging staffing for each event. You will be our day-of hands on the ground, ensuring a high-quality customer experience. You will also be responsible for managing check-in processes, problem-solving issues, and sending updates to our Events Team throughout the event.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate event details, including shipping event materials and arranging staffing
  • Manage check-in processes and provide a warm welcome to guests
  • Problem-solve issues, such as missing supplies, late staff, and technology challenges
  • Send updates, photos, and videos to our Events Team throughout the event

Requirements
  • Fluency in English and strong communication skills
  • Schedule flexibility with availability to work on a contract per-event basis
  • Experience in complex, large-scale events and smaller executive-level intimate events
  • Resourcefulness, ability to exhibit grace under pressure, and be solutions-minded in ambiguous situations
