Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute new sales programs to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain a healthy project pipeline outside of established accounts.
  • Lead the company's programmatic sales motion and define policies to maximize sales effectiveness.
  • Help increase the database of target companies and individuals in the Pacific Northwest.
  • Design and implement effective sales programs to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct sales meetings and presentations to drive business results.
  • Work closely with Principals to identify new opportunities and define effective sales pitches and approaches.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of the company vision and strategy.
  • Support management and decision-making to ensure the company maximizes its short and long-term profitability.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in sales to large enterprises in the technology industry.
  • Proficiency in the IT landscape, particularly the software industry.
  • Ability to develop and retain a portfolio of client relationships.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding $1M+ sales targets.
  • Master level education preferred.

Compensation

Competitive base salary + commission.
