Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute new sales programs to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain a healthy project pipeline outside of established accounts.
- Lead the company's programmatic sales motion and define policies to maximize sales effectiveness.
- Help increase the database of target companies and individuals in the Pacific Northwest.
- Design and implement effective sales programs to drive sales growth.
- Conduct sales meetings and presentations to drive business results.
- Work closely with Principals to identify new opportunities and define effective sales pitches and approaches.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of the company vision and strategy.
- Support management and decision-making to ensure the company maximizes its short and long-term profitability.
- 4+ years of experience in sales to large enterprises in the technology industry.
- Proficiency in the IT landscape, particularly the software industry.
- Ability to develop and retain a portfolio of client relationships.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding $1M+ sales targets.
- Master level education preferred.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong people management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically.
- Ability to work collaboratively.
Competitive base salary + commission.
