Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Brand Strategy Director to lead key initiatives that elevate our company's brand, increase its digital visibility, and support operational growth. This role combines marketing strategy, project management, branding logistics, and sales support.


About You

To be successful in this role, you will have at least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, branding, or operations management. You will possess strong project management and organizational skills, proficiency in digital marketing platforms, and proven ability to oversee vendor relationships and ensure quality outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing and Digital Branding:
    • Develop and manage our digital presence across social media platforms, Google My Business, and online reviews to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
    • Oversee branding initiatives, such as uniforms, signage, and vehicle wraps, to ensure a cohesive and professional image.
    • Develop public relations strategies to strengthen brand awareness and stakeholder engagement.
    • Coordinate and distribute newsletters, manage content calendars, and oversee internal and external communications.
  • Strategic Sales and Operational Support:
    • Provide sales support, including warm lead calling, appointment setting, and facilitating lead-to-sale transitions.
    • Track key metrics and audit weekly activities, reporting progress to senior leadership.
    • Plan and coordinate trade-shows, including logistics and preparation of marketing materials (flyers, brochures, giveaways).
    • Conduct outreach to potential commercial clients and manage inbound inquiries to drive business growth.
  • Vendor and Executive Collaboration:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing vendors to ensure quality and timely project delivery.
    • Provide administrative and strategic support to senior leaders, handling operational tasks to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
