Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the scheduling for land acquisition, entitlement, and development activities across multiple Lennar communities in Southwest Florida.
  • Coordinate with external consultants, including land planners, engineers, and landscape architects, to ensure timely submission of construction plans and applications.
  • Support due diligence efforts for new land acquisitions, including the development of timelines and schedules.
  • Manage the schedules to ensure the timely construction of all development infrastructure.
  • Facilitate the acceptance of all development infrastructure to minimize surety postings and secure reimbursements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Five to ten years of relevant experience, particularly in land development.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required; a degree in construction management, engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
  • Strong background in scheduling.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and MS Project.
  • Excellent analytical and writing skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated work ethic and team collaboration.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Open to constructive feedback.
