Key Duties:

  • Conduct daily and weekly reconciliations of client accounts.
  • Record transactions from sales systems accurately.
  • Process payroll and related transactions.
  • Perform reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and loans.
  • Manage accounts payable and ensure timely vendor payments.
  • Oversee accounts receivable, including invoice generation and payment processing.
  • Utilize bank feed functionalities for efficient account management.
  • Prepare and analyze profit and loss reports.
  • Assist in payroll and sales tax preparation tasks.
  • Support the monthly financial close process.

Qualifications Required:

  • 2-3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, with proficiency in QuickBooks.
  • Strong understanding of journal entries, debits, and credits.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of meeting deadlines with high accuracy.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and client service abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a professional and adaptable demeanor.
  • Ability to work at a desk for extended periods.
