The primary objective of this position is to assist our clientele in a precise, professional, and timely manner. Preparing customers for their appointments at our dealership is essential to ensuring a seamless service experience.
This role is vital to our organization as the service scheduler serves as the initial point of contact, assuring customers that their concerns and requirements will be addressed with the highest level of importance. The scheduler initiates the entire service journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating Service Appointments
- Conducting Outbound Calls to Arrange Service Appointments for Recalls, Special Order Parts, and Annual Notifications
- Compensation Structure: Base Salary Plus Commission
- Conducting Follow-Up Calls for Customer Satisfaction Appointments
- Engaging Directly with Parts Staff, Service Advisors, and the Service Dispatcher.
Required Qualifications
- Capability to maintain composure and professionalism in challenging situations (with dissatisfied or impolite customers).
- Proficiency in multitasking while ensuring accuracy.
- Ability to utilize downtime effectively with productive tasks.
- Capacity to work autonomously without direct supervision.
