Key Responsibilities:
As an assembler, your primary duties will include:
  • Reviewing job assignments and blueprints to comprehend project specifications.
  • Utilizing machinery and power tools to assemble products efficiently and accurately.
  • Conducting quality inspections using precision measuring instruments to meet quality standards.
  • Preparing units for shipment, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to promote safety.
  • Collaborating with team members and leaders to achieve collective goals.

Qualifications:
Education:
A high school diploma or GED is preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.

Experience:
Preferred candidates will have 2+ years of assembly experience in a related field. Experience with sheet metal is advantageous. Training is available for those with strong attention to detail.

Certifications:
Forklift or crane certification is a plus.

Skills:
  • Mechanical aptitude with good manual dexterity for operating tools.
  • High attention to detail and ability to interpret specifications and blueprints.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Basic math and counting skills.

Technology Proficiency:
Basic computer skills are required.

Language Proficiency:
Basic reading, writing, and verbal communication skills are necessary.
