What We Are Looking For:
We seek highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Specialists to assist us in our mission to deliver exceptional service to our customers. With over 320 store locations and growing, we have been a leader in the mattress industry for 30 years, and we are family-owned and operated in the USA. You will confidently sell our premium mattress and bedding products using our proven sales process and innovative bedMATCH diagnostic system.

Preferred Qualifications:
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with the flexibility to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and weekends. Our typical work week allows Retail Sales Specialists to work between 40 and 55 hours.

You will provide our customers with a relaxed, educational shopping experience focused on enhancing their lives through our sleep solutions. We utilize state-of-the-art technology, including tablets and mobile point of sale (POS) systems, along with our exclusive bedMATCH system.
