OVERVIEW
This position is designed to support the Quality Assurance department by providing technical assistance in addressing manufacturing challenges. The role focuses on facilitating and implementing corrective actions.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The selected candidate will work on-site at our facility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The following duties are essential to this role. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

  • Conduct capability studies on key processes to ensure operational effectiveness.
  • Execute first article inspections and evaluate visual aids for accuracy.
  • Analyze defects and prepare detailed reporting.
  • Engage in Material Review Board (MRB) activities for ongoing products.
  • Contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives during CAC meetings.
  • Perform audits on production lines and products to maintain quality standards.
  • Support Quality Engineering efforts in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP).
  • Follow all safety and health regulations pertinent to this role as directed by management.
  • Adhere to company security policies and procedures at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS
A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline is preferred; however, an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
