  • Leadership and Guidance: Provide guidance, support, and advisement to internal and external customers on effective business expertise management.
  • Quality Control Measures: Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure the highest level of quality in our operations.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Transportation, Business, Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science, or other Quantitative Discipline.
  • Experience: Four (4) years of experience in business, transportation, logistics, and supply chain management.
  • Skills: Proficient Office 365 skills, strong basic management, human relations, project management, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience: Five (5) years minimum experience in healthcare quality in manufacturing, laboratories, or distribution or closely related experience.
