Job Title: Engineering Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineering Technician to join our team at Integrated Technology Engineering. As an Engineering Technician, you will play a critical role in the design, development, and implementation of electrical, mechanical, and control system engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop PLC and HMI systems for industrial automation applications
  • Program and commission control systems, including hardware selection, installation, and configuration
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing control systems and programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build industrial control panels, including drafting, schematic design, and component selection
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and records
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Electronics, Industrial Controls, or a related field
  • Extensive experience with PLC and HMI systems in industrial automation applications
  • Proficiency with Rockwell Automation (Allen Bradley) or Emerson (GE) hardware and software platforms
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including cloud-based applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with AutoCAD Electrical and industrial control panel design/build
  • Knowledge of PID controls and complex program development
