We're seeking a highly skilled Behavior Specialist to join our team at the May Institute in Norwood, MA.

Your Role in Action
  • Supervise and Implement ABA Services: Leverage your leadership skills to oversee the implementation of ABA services, ensuring the highest level of quality and effectiveness.
  • Craft Customized Plans: Develop and monitor behavior support plans and individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs, showcasing your creativity and attention to detail.
  • Analyze Effectiveness: Compile data and create graphs to assess the effectiveness of treatment plans and skill assessments, guiding decision-making and optimizing outcomes.
  • Empower Staff and Parents: Interact with our dedicated staff and provide them with valuable training and support, while also engaging with parents to ensure skills learned are effectively maintained and refined in the home environment.
Your Skills and Talents
  • A Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or a related field.
  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCBA-D) and ABA State License (LABA) required.
  • Remarkable problem-solving abilities with a knack for identifying and resolving challenges.
  • Demonstrated empathy, patience, and compassion for children and families.
  • Exceptional clinical skills in conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills to drive team success.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
