We are seeking a highly skilled Behavior Specialist to join our team at the May Institute in Norwood, MA. As a Behavior Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality ABA services to children and adolescents with neurobehavioral, genetic, and related disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the implementation of ABA services, utilizing your leadership skills to ensure effective interventions.
  • Develop and monitor behavior support plans and individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs.
  • Analyze data and create graphs to assess the effectiveness of treatment plans and skill assessments.
  • Interact with our dedicated staff and provide them with valuable training and support, as well as engage with parents to ensure skills learned are effectively maintained and refined in the home environment.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or a related field.
  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCBA-D) and ABA State License (LABA) required.
  • Remarkable problem-solving abilities with a knack for identifying and resolving challenges.
  • Demonstrated empathy, patience, and compassion for children and families.
  • Exceptional clinical skills in conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills to drive team success.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
