Redis Sales Representative Job Description

We're Redis, a company that's revolutionizing the way we think about data and technology. We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in North America.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Redis sales efforts in North America, focusing on predefined named accounts and inbound qualified sales opportunities.
  • Partner closely with the sales development rep and Redis marketing team to prospect, qualify, pitch, and close sales with mid-market companies via phone and web conference.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with sales prospects, communicating a clear vision and understanding of Redis's technology and value proposition.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while also providing exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in an Inside Sales role, with a proven track record of success in closing sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong understanding of Redis's technology and value proposition, with the ability to communicate this effectively to customers and prospects.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
