Sanitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sanitation Specialist to join our team at Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation. As a Sanitation Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our doughnut factory.

• Implement and maintain the 7-step sanitation process to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and chemicals to ensure effective sanitation.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure cleaning schedules align with equipment maintenance.
• Assist with packing and making doughnuts as needed.
• Keep cleaning supplies stocked and organized.

• 2-4 years of experience in food manufacturing or a similar environment.
• Ability to read and perform basic math to document sanitation work.
• Dependability and ability to move around the factory.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
