About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mental Health Educator to join our team at Community Services Inc. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in promoting mental health and wellness in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Education: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on mental health and suicide prevention for schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and presentations, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, analyze, and report data on training outcomes, participant satisfaction, and program effectiveness.
  • Program Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote mental health and suicide prevention programs, increasing awareness and engagement among target audiences.
  • Collaboration and Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and program delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as education, behavioral health, or a related human service field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in education, training, or a related field, with a focus on mental health and wellness.
  • Skills: Excellent presentation and public speaking skills, robust oral and written communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
