About the Role

iKrusher is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Office Coordinator to support our Seattle, WA facility in day-to-day operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a professional environment in the office, assisting with inventory logistics, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Front office duties include greeting customers, answering phones, and assisting the branch manager with back-end finances.
  • Help maintain a professional environment in the office and assist with inventory logistics accurately for the Sales Team.
  • Build sample orders for the Sales Team as needed and track, examine, and update incoming inventory.
  • Organize and manage inventory, including physical counts weekly, and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Perform local errands, such as drop-offs and supply runs, and abide by all company safety policies.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience working with inventory is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management skills and knowledge of MS Office programs.
  • Valid driver's license and authorized motor vehicle.
