Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at General Dynamics Information Technology. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse and distribution center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Liaise with procurement, suppliers, and freight shipping to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Prepare and track documentation related to ITAR and EAR licenses, TAAs, and other agreements.
  • Conduct training programs for warehouse staff on inventory management, forklift operation, and export compliance.
  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant regulations, procedures, and practices.
  • Participate in special projects as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
