Position Overview:
The Automotive Collision Repair Specialist is accountable for diagnosing and addressing mechanical issues resulting from vehicle collisions. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to execute repairs efficiently.

Supervisory Duties:
This position includes direct oversight responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess vehicles for collision-related damages.
- Determine necessary mechanical repairs.
- Research and apply OEM repair procedures.
- Conduct alignments and A/C recharges.
- Perform Pre and Post health scans.
- Diagnose and repair suspension systems.
- Remove and install dashboard components and engines.
- Carry out vehicle mechanical repairs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services performed.
- Adhere to dealership standards and guidelines for service.
- Request and manage parts inventory.
- Uphold customer satisfaction indices in line with company standards.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Engage in ongoing training initiatives.
- Accurately record hours worked in the company timekeeping system.
- Follow safety regulations and protocols.
- Embody the company's core values in all interactions.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Observe all relevant safety regulations while performing duties.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate the ability to perform essential duties effectively. The following qualifications are essential:

Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Additional education in automotive technology is a plus.

Experience:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in automotive repair.

Skills:
- Comprehensive knowledge of automotive systems and components.
- Proven mechanical aptitude and technical training.

Licenses:
- Valid Driver's License required.

Computer Proficiency:
- Basic computer skills for timekeeping and inventory management.

Communication:
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Attendance:
- Regular and reliable attendance is expected, with potential for evening and weekend shifts.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform various physical tasks.

Work Environment:
- Duties are primarily conducted in a service area with exposure to noise and mechanical equipment.
