Phlebotomy Specialist

As a Phlebotomist Resource at Corewell Health, you will work under the supervision of lead, supervisor, senior staff, and/or clinicians within Pathology or Laboratory. Your primary responsibility will be to create an exceptional experience with each contact, via inbound and outbound calls, online chat, and email.
You will adhere to established procedure and quality guidelines in support of Patient Access Services Center performance indicators, as well as Corporate values and codes of excellence.

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Graduate of a Phlebotomy training program (preferred).
- Associate's Degree in a Healthcare-related field (preferred).
- 1 year of relevant experience dealing with the public, preferably in the medical or customer service field (preferred).
- LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan SHGR Outpatient Phlebotomy, St. Joseph Outpatient Phlebotomy, and Lab Client Services required.
- CRT-Phlebotomy Technician - NHA National Healthcareer Association preferred.
This role is part-time with variable hours and shifts. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
